1. Services
Milano Flue Masters provides professional chimney sweeping, inspection (Level 1, 2 & 3), masonry repair, waterproofing, dryer vent cleaning and fireplace relining services in the Milan metropolitan area.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a call-out fee of €35. Emergency same-day appointments are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted per job after an initial inspection. Payment is due upon completion of the chimney service. We accept cash, bank transfer (SEPA) and major credit cards.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee a clean worksite on completion of any chimney cleaning. If you are not satisfied, we will remedy the issue at no additional cost within 7 days.
5. Liability
Milano Flue Masters holds €2,000,000 public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing chimney damage discovered during inspection or cleaning.
6. Safety Requirements
The client must ensure a safe and clear working area around the chimney and fireplace. Children and pets must be kept away from the work area during service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
